My name is Marc Milligan, I am the owner and operator of K&M Heating and Air. My family and I moved to Athens TN in August 2021 from the Tampa Bay FL area. I am NATE certified and have 27 years' experience servicing, maintaining, repairing and installing heating ventilation and air conditioning systems. We are dedicated to providing honest, reliable and efficient HVAC system service, repair and installation to Athens, Etowah, Sweetwater, Riceville, Niota, Englewood, Decatur and Ten Mile.
